This Benthic Infiltrator card would be beneficial in a deck focused on milling the opponent's library or utilizing exiled cards for additional effects. It could work well in a Dimir (Blue/Black) control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's strategy by exiling key cards from their library. While Benthic Infiltrator's ability to be unblockable and trigger Ingest is useful, there may be better options like Wight of Precinct Six or Hedron Crab for a dedicated mill strategy, depending on the deck's overall game plan and synergy.

Cards with devoid use frames that are variations of the transparent frame traditionally used for Eldrazi. The top part of the card features some color over a background based on the texture of the hedrons that once imprisoned the Eldrazi. This coloration is intended to aid deckbuilding and game play.
