This card would benefit a Hazy Flame archetype deck, as it allows for easy summoning without tributes and provides protection from being targeted by card effects. While Hazy Flame Cerbereus has its strengths, there may be better options within the archetype such as Hazy Flame Hyppogrif which has higher ATK and can banish a monster it battles with. However, Cerbereus could still see play in a deck focused on swarming the field with Hazy monsters and searching key cards from the deck.
