A deck that focuses on Special Summoning monsters from the graveyard, such as a Zombie or a Thunder Dragon deck, would benefit from using Lil-la Rap in Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. While Lil-la Rap provides a decent effect of burning the opponent's LP and gaining LP in return, there are more powerful Continuous Spell cards like Zombie World or Thunder Dragon Fusion that offer stronger and more versatile effects, making them better choices for competitive play. However, for a casual or themed deck, Lil-la Rap could still see play for its unique effect and potential LP manipulation strategy.
