This card, Pot of Riches, would benefit Pendulum-based decks that heavily rely on Pendulum Monsters in both the Main Deck and Extra Deck. While it provides a way to recycle resources and draw cards, its restriction on Special Summoning can be a drawback. Decks that can easily recover from not Special Summoning on the turn it's activated and can take advantage of the card draw would find Pot of Riches useful. However, there are better options like Pot of Desires, which offers a more immediate advantage of drawing cards without the Special Summoning restriction, making it a more popular choice in competitive play.
