A Lightsworn deck would benefit the most from using Lightsworn Sanctuary, as it provides valuable graveyard recursion and protection for Lightsworn cards. However, a better alternative could be Charge of the Light Brigade, which not only adds a Lightsworn monster from your Deck to your hand but also mills cards to the graveyard for additional effects. Lightsworn Sanctuary could still see play in a Lightsworn deck as a supplementary card for its unique protection effect and additional Shine Counters generation.
