Diabolos, King of the Abyss can be a valuable addition to a control-based deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy by manipulating their deck. Decks that aim to stall the game and out-resource the opponent would benefit from Diabolos' effect of controlling the opponent's draws. However, in a fast-paced, aggressive deck, where the focus is on quickly overwhelming the opponent, Diabolos might not see much play as it requires a Tribute Summon and has a relatively high cost compared to other options available in the current meta.
