However, while its effects can be powerful, there are generally more consistent and versatile cards available, such as Twin Twisters or Cosmic Cyclone, which can target Spell/Trap cards without needing specific conditions. Given the current meta and the availability of better options, Treaty on Uniform Nomenclature may not see significant play unless a deck specifically designed around it emerges.
