Shared Ride is a valuable tech card that can disrupt decks reliant on searching and adding cards from the deck to the hand, such as combo-heavy or search-focused strategies like Sky Strikers or Salamangreats. While it can provide advantage by allowing you to draw cards whenever your opponent adds cards to their hand, there are other more versatile and impactful hand traps like Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring or Droll & Lock Bird that are generally considered better options for disrupting your opponent's plays. Shared Ride can still see play in side decks as a situational counter against specific matchups where its effect can be particularly effective.
