This card would benefit a control-oriented deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's plays by sending their face-down cards to the graveyard and gaining advantage through graveyard recursion with its effect. While Tistina, the Divinity that Defies Darkness has strong effects, its summoning condition of requiring 2 Level 10 monsters and the cost of 10 ygo-light make it somewhat difficult to bring out consistently. Decks that can easily summon high-level monsters and capitalize on graveyard effects may find this card useful, but there may be more efficient options available depending on the specific strategy of the deck.
