Toon Briefcase zou handig zijn in een kaartspel met Toon-thema, omdat het verstoring biedt tegen de monsteroproep van een tegenstander terwijl je Toon-monsters worden beschermd. Er zijn echter potentieel betere valkaarten die een bredere bruikbaarheid en veelzijdigheid bieden in verschillende deck-archetypen, zoals Solemn Strike of Compulsory Evacuation Device. Hoewel Toon Briefcase situationeel kan zijn, zou het spelen kunnen worden gezien als een technische keuze in een Toon-deck dat op zoek is naar extra besturingsopties.
