It synergizes well with the archetype's strategy of quickly summoning multiple monsters for Fusion plays. While there may be stronger generic cards in the game, like Pot of Prosperity for consistency, Prank-Kids Pranks is integral to the deck's own plays and should definitely see play in a dedicated Prank-Kids strategy.
