Corrupted Conviction would fit well in a black sacrifice-themed deck in Magic: the Gathering, where sacrificing creatures is a common mechanic. It can provide card advantage by allowing the player to draw two cards while also triggering any additional benefits from sacrificing a creature. However, there are more efficient cards like Village Rites that offer a similar effect for a lower cost, making Corrupted Conviction less likely to see play in competitive decks.
