Imperial Seal is particularly beneficial in combo or control decks that rely on specific key cards to execute their strategies, as it allows players to effectively tutor for a crucial card while managing their library's top card. However, it is generally considered less powerful than other similar cards like Demonic Tutor, which not only allows you to search for any card but also does not require you to lose life.
