Teetering Peaks would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck that aims to quickly deal damage to the opponent. While it provides a temporary power boost to a creature upon entering the battlefield, its drawback of entering tapped may slow down the deck's tempo. Other more efficient options like Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Keep or Ramunap Ruins may be better choices for consistent damage output in a red deck, making Teetering Peaks less likely to see play in competitive settings.
