Convulsing Licid, Creature — licid, designed by Scott Kirschner first released in Mar, 1998 in the set Stronghold and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.70.
This card could be beneficial in a red aggro deck looking to disrupt the opponent's defenses by preventing key blockers from blocking. However, there are likely better options available for achieving a similar effect more efficiently, such as cards that directly remove blockers or provide more versatile utility. Convulsing Licid may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations and the availability of stronger alternatives.

Paying the cost to end the effect is a special action and can’t be responded to.
