About Crater's Claws

Crater's Claws, Sorcery, designed by Noah Bradley first released in Sep, 2014 in the set Khans of Tarkir Promos and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.98.

A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and playing high-power creatures would benefit from using Crater's Claws, as it can deal a significant amount of damage based on the mana available and the creatures on the battlefield. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering, there are better options for direct damage spells such as Lightning Bolt or Skewer the Critics, which offer more efficient and versatile damage output. While Crater's Claws can be a fun and powerful card in casual play, it may not see much play in more competitive environments due to the availability of stronger alternatives.
