A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and relies on creature combat would benefit from including Hideous Visage, as it can give your creatures the ability to bypass potential blockers. However, there are potentially better options available, such as cards that provide more consistent or powerful effects for a similar cost. Whether or not Hideous Visage should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergies of the deck in question.

If an attacking creature has intimidate, what colors it is matters only as the defending player declares blockers. Once it’s blocked, changing its colors won’t change that.
