Ivory Tower, Artifact, designed by Margaret Organ-Kean first released in May, 2020 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 20 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.98.
This card would benefit a control deck that focuses on drawing and maintaining a large hand size, as it provides a consistent source of life gain. However, there are better options available such as Nourishing Shoal which allows for a more immediate and impactful life gain based on the card's converted mana cost, making it a more efficient choice for decks looking to gain life quickly. Ivory Tower could see play in certain niche strategies but may not be a top choice in competitive environments due to its slower and less impactful effect compared to other options.
