This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on summoning LIGHT Utopia or Utopic Xyz Monsters, as it provides a quick way to bring out these powerful monsters by Special Summoning monsters from the graveyard. However, in a competitive setting, there are better options available such as Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force which allows for more versatile Xyz Summons. While Halfway to Forever has its niche uses, it may not see widespread play due to stronger alternatives in the current metagame.
