Rohgahh of Kher Keep, Legendary creature — kobold, designed by Edward P. Beard, Jr. first released in Jun, 1994 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 76.22.
This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on swarming the board with Kobold creatures, as it provides a significant buff to them. However, the high mana cost and potential drawback of losing control of your creatures make it a risky choice. A better alternative could be a card like Dragon Fodder or Krenko, Mob Boss, which offer similar token generation without the downside of losing control. Rohgahh of Kher Keep may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations, but could be fun in a casual Kobold tribal deck.
