This card would be beneficial in a white-green-red landfall deck that focuses on ramping up lands quickly and taking advantage of land triggers. While Sand Scout offers a unique ability to search for Desert cards and generate Sand Warrior tokens, there are potentially better cards like Sakura-Tribe Elder or Harrow that provide more immediate land ramp and value. Sand Scout could see play in a more casual or themed deck, but competitive decks may opt for more efficient ramp and landfall triggers.
