Urge to Feed, Instant, designed by Johann Bodin first released in Feb, 2010 in the set Worldwake and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.14.
A deck focused on Vampire tribal synergies would benefit from including Urge to Feed, as it provides a way to weaken opposing creatures while simultaneously buffing your own Vampire creatures. However, there are potentially better options available, such as Fatal Push or Dismember, which offer more versatile removal options. Urge to Feed could see play in a Vampire tribal deck looking for additional ways to enhance its creatures, but its effectiveness may vary depending on the specific strategy of the deck.

If the targeted creature is an illegal target by the time Urge to Feed resolves, the entire spell doesn’t resolve. You can’t tap any Vampires.
