This card would benefit a tribal Merfolk deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it synergizes well with other Merfolk creatures due to its Kinship ability. While Waterspout Weavers can provide a temporary flying ability to all creatures you control, there are more efficient options available such as Lord of Atlantis or Master of the Pearl Trident that provide permanent buffs to Merfolk creatures.
