A deck that includes both Black and Red mana sources would benefit from using Dragonskull Summit, as it provides flexibility in mana production. However, there are better dual lands available, such as Blood Crypt or Bloodstained Mire, which can enter untapped more consistently. Dragonskull Summit could still see play in budget decks or in decks that require additional dual lands to support their mana base.
