Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Legendary creature — elder dinosaur, designed by Johann Bodin first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 22 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 1.81.
A deck that focuses on ramping up its mana quickly and flooding the board with high-power creatures would benefit from including Ghalta, Primal Hunger, as it can be cast for a significantly reduced cost. Green ramp decks or tribal dinosaur decks could make good use of Ghalta's ability to become a massive threat early in the game. While there may be other powerful cards in Magic: The Gathering that serve similar roles, Ghalta's unique cost reduction mechanic and trample ability make it a strong contender for inclusion in decks that can reliably generate high power on the board.

If a creature’s power is somehow less than 0, it subtracts from the total power of your other creatures. If the total power of your creatures is 0 or less, Ghalta’s cost remains .

To determine Ghalta’s total cost, start with the mana cost (or an alternative cost if another card’s effect allows you to pay one instead), add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. Ghalta’s converted mana cost remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.
