This card, Glademuse, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on instant-speed spells and wants to draw more cards. Decks that rely on disrupting opponents during their turns or have a lot of instants would find value in this card. However, there are better options like Teferi, Time Raveler, which not only prevents opponents from casting spells at instant speed but also provides card advantage and control. While Glademuse can be a fun and unique addition to certain decks, it may not see widespread play due to its specific conditions and the availability of more versatile cards in the format.
