A deck focused on ramping up mana quickly and consistently, such as a green ramp deck, would benefit from using Hibernation's End as it allows for the potential to cheat out high-cost creatures from the library. While the card has potential for explosive plays, its high cumulative upkeep cost and the risk of losing it if not paid make it a risky choice.
