Rakdos Locket, Artifact, designed by Sung Choi first released in Jan, 2019 in the set Ravnica Allegiance and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of £ 0.26.
A deck that focuses on black and red mana production and card draw would benefit from including Rakdos Locket. However, there are better options available such as Rakdos Signet or Mind Stone which provide similar mana acceleration without the need for sacrificing the artifact to draw cards. While Rakdos Locket could see play in budget decks or casual play, more competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient alternatives.
