This card, Reminisce, could be beneficial in a control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's graveyard strategies or prevent them from utilizing their graveyard resources effectively. However, there are better options like Rest in Peace or Leyline of the Void that provide more permanent and impactful graveyard hate. While Reminisce may have situational uses, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play in most cases.
