A deck focused on Sliver tribal synergy would greatly benefit from including Telekinetic Sliver, as it provides a powerful control element by allowing all Slivers to tap target permanents. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats, there are more efficient options like Sliver Hivelord or Sliver Legion that offer greater benefits to the deck's overall strategy. While Telekinetic Sliver may not see play in top-tier competitive decks, it can still be a fun and flavorful inclusion in casual Sliver tribal decks.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
