A control or disruption-based deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategies and denying them resources would benefit from using Terrible Deal in a Yu-Gi-Oh TCG deck. While it can be situationally useful for disrupting spell-heavy strategies or card advantage, there are generally better trap cards available that provide more consistent and impactful effects, such as Solemn Strike or Torrential Tribute. Terrible Deal may not see much play in competitive decks due to its relatively high cost and limited effectiveness compared to stronger trap options available.
