Time Passage is particularly beneficial in a Fortune Lady deck, as it allows you to enhance the levels of your Fortune Lady monsters, enabling powerful Xyz or Synchro summons. However, while it can be useful, there are arguably better options like Fortune's Future, which not only helps with drawing cards but also synergizes well with the deck's strategy of manipulating levels and gaining advantage.
