A deck that focuses on gaining life consistently, such as a lifegain deck in a white-based strategy, would benefit from using Angelic Accord to generate powerful Angel tokens. While Angelic Accord can be a strong addition to a lifegain deck, there are other cards like Archangel of Thune or Felidar Sovereign that may offer more immediate impact or win conditions. However, Angelic Accord can still be a solid inclusion in the right deck, especially if it synergizes well with other lifegain cards and strategies.

Angelic Accord’s ability checks how much life you’ve gained during the turn, not what your life total is compared to what it was when the turn began. For example, if you start the turn at 10 life, gain 6 life during the turn, then lose 6 life later that turn, the ability will trigger.
