Diabolos, King of the Abyss can be a valuable addition to a control-based deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy by manipulating their deck. Decks that aim to stall the game and out-resource the opponent would benefit from Diabolos' effect of controlling the opponent's draws.
