This card would be a great fit in a tribal Ally deck in Magic: the Gathering, where the focus is on playing multiple Ally creatures to trigger their abilities. While Halimar Excavator is a solid choice for milling your opponent, a potentially better card to consider is Jwari Shapeshifter, which can copy any Ally on the battlefield, leading to even more triggers.
