Nurturing Licid, Creature — licid, designed by Mark Poole first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.
A deck focused on creature-based strategies that require protection and regeneration, such as a green-based aggro or midrange deck, would benefit from using Nurturing Licid. However, there are potentially better cards available, such as Rancor, which provides a consistent power boost and trample to the enchanted creature without the need for additional mana investment. Nurturing Licid may not see much play due to its mana-intensive activation cost and the availability of more efficient options in the Magic: the Gathering card pool.
