This card, Power Filter, would be beneficial for a deck that relies on high-ATK monsters and wants to limit the opponent's ability to swarm the field with low-ATK monsters. However, there are better alternatives like Summon Limit which restricts both players from Special Summoning more than twice per turn, providing a broader control over Special Summons. While Power Filter can be situationally useful, its effectiveness may be limited compared to other cards in the current meta.
