Scale Blessing, Instant, designed by Matt Stewart first released in May, 2020 in the set Dragons of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.
A deck focused on building a wide board presence with multiple creatures, especially ones that benefit from +1/+1 counters, would benefit from including Scale Blessing. Decks that utilize a strategy revolving around counters, such as +1/+1 counter synergies or token strategies, would find this card particularly useful. However, in more competitive settings, there may be better options available that offer more immediate impact or versatility, such as Collective Effort or Dromoka's Command, which could potentially overshadow Scale Blessing in certain deck archetypes.

Bolster itself doesn’t target any creature, though some spells and abilities that bolster may have other effects that target creatures. For example, you could put counters on a creature with protection from white with Aven Tactician’s bolster ability.
