A deck that focuses on mana ramp and color fixing would benefit from including Sea Scryer in its strategy. While Sea Scryer provides decent mana acceleration options, there are more efficient cards available for similar effects, such as Birds of Paradise or Noble Hierarch, which offer additional benefits beyond just mana production. Sea Scryer may not be the optimal choice for competitive play, but could still see use in casual or budget decks.
