Survivor of the Unseen, Creature — human wizard, designed by Alan Pollack first released in Jul, 2006 in the set Coldsnap. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.
This card could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on card advantage and manipulation. The ability to draw two cards and then put a card from your hand on top of your library can help you dig deeper into your deck for key cards while also setting up future draws. However, the cumulative upkeep cost may become a burden if the game goes on for too long, so it's important to have ways to manage that. While Survivor of the Unseen has its strengths, there are potentially better options like Jace, the Mind Sculptor, which offers more versatile card advantage and control abilities without the upkeep cost, making it a more popular choice in competitive play.

If you don’t draw a card because all the draws were replaced (with dredge, for example), you still have to put a card from your hand on top of your library.
