Wheel of Sun and Moon, Enchantment — aura, designed by Zoltan Boros & Gabor Szikszai first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 3.45. It's a key card in 4 combos.
This card, Wheel of Sun and Moon, would benefit a deck that relies heavily on graveyard interactions, such as a reanimator or dredge strategy, by preventing key cards from being sent to the graveyard. However, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Rest in Peace or Leyline of the Void, which completely exile cards from the graveyard. While Wheel of Sun and Moon may have niche applications, it may not see widespread play due to the existence of more powerful graveyard hate cards in the format.

If multiple cards would be put into the enchanted player’s graveyard at the same time (due to Millstone, for example), they are instead all revealed and put on the bottom of the enchanted player’s library at the same time. That player chooses what order to put them in. The order is not revealed to the other players.

Wheel of Sun and Moon’s replacement effect will apply to cards that would be put into the enchanted player’s graveyard from any game zone. This includes from the battlefield (if a nontoken permanent is destroyed or would otherwise be put into the graveyard), from the stack (if a spell is countered, or if an instant or sorcery spell resolves), from the player’s hand or library, and so on.
