A deck that focuses on evasion and tempo strategies, such as a Blue aggro or tempo deck, would benefit from using Cloak of Invisibility as it provides unblockable protection for a creature with phasing. However, there are better cards like Aqueous Form or Curiosity that offer similar effects with additional card advantage, making them more effective choices for competitive play. Cloak of Invisibility could be a fun inclusion in casual or themed decks but may not see much play in high-level competitive environments.
