Common Bond, Instant, designed by Raymond Swanland first released in May, 2020 in the set Return to Ravnica. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 55.75.
This card, Common Bond, would be beneficial in a Selesnya (Green-White) deck that focuses on +1/+1 counters and creature synergy. However, there are more efficient cards like Solidarity of Heroes that provide a similar effect for the same mana cost, doubling the number of +1/+1 counters on a creature. While Common Bond may have situational uses, it may not see much play in competitive decks due to the availability of better options.
