A deck that focuses on mana ramp and color fixing in a green-blue color combination, such as a Simic ramp deck in Magic: The Gathering, would benefit from using Flooded Grove. While Flooded Grove provides flexibility in mana production, there are potentially better dual lands like Breeding Pool that enter the battlefield untapped and can produce both green and blue mana consistently, making Flooded Grove less optimal for competitive play unless specific synergies require it.
