Frostwind Invoker, Creature — merfolk wizard, designed by Svetlin Velinov first released in May, 2020 in the set Rise of the Eldrazi. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 55.99.
This Frostwind Invoker card would be a great addition to a blue-based control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a strong flying threat and the ability to grant flying to other creatures for a potential game-ending attack. However, for a more competitive deck, cards like Sower of Temptation or Vendilion Clique may offer more impactful abilities and stats for a similar mana cost, making them better choices in most cases. Frostwind Invoker could still see play in more casual or budget decks looking to capitalize on its flying abilities.
