Hollow Dogs could be a valuable addition to an aggressive black deck focused on attacking frequently. Its ability to pump up its power when attacking can help push through damage and pressure opponents. However, there are likely better options available for a similar cost, such as Diregraf Ghoul or Dread Wanderer, which offer more consistent value or resilience. Overall, while Hollow Dogs could be situationally useful, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play.
