This card, Notorious Throng, would benefit a Rogue tribal deck that focuses on dealing combat damage to opponents consistently. It can be a powerful finisher, especially if its prowl cost is paid, granting an extra turn. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats, there may be better options for similar effects, such as Time Warp or Nexus of Fate, which provide extra turns without the condition of dealing combat damage with a specific creature type. Still, Notorious Throng could see play in more casual or themed decks looking to showcase Rogue synergies and Faerie tribal strategies.
