This card would benefit an Altergeist deck by providing additional consistency and card advantage. While Personal Spoofing is a useful tool for recycling resources and searching for specific monsters, there are better alternatives in the form of Altergeist Manifestation and Altergeist Meluseek which offer more immediate benefits and utility. However, Personal Spoofing could still see play as a tech card for specific strategies that rely on hand manipulation and graveyard interaction in the Altergeist archetype.
