Rigging Runner, Creature — goblin pirate, designed by Simon Dominic first released in Sep, 2017 in the set Ixalan and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 14.25.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and attacking frequently would benefit from using Rigging Runner, especially in a red-based aggro deck. However, there are potentially better options for a similar role, such as Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear, which offer more consistent value. While Rigging Runner could see play in specific goblin tribal decks or budget builds, it may not be a top-tier choice for competitive play due to its conditional nature and the availability of stronger alternatives.

Raid abilities care only that you attacked with a creature. It doesn’t matter how many creatures you attacked with, or which opponent or planeswalker controlled by an opponent those creatures attacked.
