This card, Tower of Murmurs, would be beneficial in a mill deck strategy in Magic: the Gathering, where the goal is to force your opponent to draw cards from their library until they run out and lose the game. However, there are more efficient mill cards available such as Glimpse the Unthinkable or Mind Funeral, which can mill more cards for a lower cost. Tower of Murmurs may not see as much play in competitive decks due to its higher mana cost and less impactful mill effect compared to other options available.
